These Tiramisu overnight oats are a great protein breakfast for when you're in a rush and want a sweet treat.
Ingredients
For the oats
- 1 cup of oats
- 1tbs of chia seeds
- 2-3 tbs of maple syrup
- 1tbs of Nutrient Pure Protein powder
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup of black coffee
For the topping
- 1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low fat creme fraiche (or 1 cup full fat yogurt if you prefer )
- 2tbs Nutrient Pure Protein powder
- 1tbs maple syrup
- Raw cacao to sprinkle on top or grated dark chocolate
Method
Make both parts (oats & topping) separately mixing up in individual bowls and keep in fridge over night. Assemble in the morning ❤️
