This recipe makes such a great breakfast!
It serves three and is 223 calories per serving without the toppings.
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 1tbsp cacao
- 3tbsp Nutrient pure protein powder
- 1.5 cups of Rude health almond milk (or milk of choice )
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Method
Mix all ingredients in a jar with a lid . Give it a shake and leave in fridge over night.
I topped mine with peanut butter, strawberries and chocolate chips . But the possibilities are endless!
