A sigh of relief

I'm so surprised at the difference this blend makes to my well-being. It has eased a lot of my perimenopause symptoms. Before, my moods and emotions were all over the place and I was experiencing a lot of anxiety, I found I was crying at the smallest thing on a daily basis, but now, for the most part I'm back to my usual happy self. I have noticed if I forget to take this, I'm weepy and irritable so it's definitely this that's making a difference. I love that it's natural with no nasty fillers and it tastes delicious too. Simple answer IT WORKS .. My daughter has used this for months and it is making a difference to her life , she has endo , every single dr and specialist has offered nothing but the Pill and painkillers ... We tried this months and months ago , I kid you not this has changed her life , in bed daily cant move for months to out at festivals and enjoying life .. You dont have to believe me but you know what options the drs gave you for your endo , so what have you got to lose . I will never stop singing the praises of this blend because this has LITERALLY not even joking changed my daughters life , no more passing out from pain , no more pain killers , no more days and days in bed , is she cured from endo , obviously not , has her life been given a massive improvement , you betcha ! Amazing!

I was really worried about the taste of this blend cause I hate mushrooms! But you can barely taste it, with the cacao it just tastes a bit earthy but it’s not strong. Haven’t had a chance to see a difference in my Endo pains yet but looking forward to seeing some changes!

Perimenopause symptoms

I am so glad I have found this product.It has helped me so much with brain fog and hot sweats have become non existent. I took this for 2 months and then stopped to see if the symptoms would return and they did. I will be using this now 100%.

I love how quickly the Renewal Blend arrived. I'm a week or so into enjoying it each morning. I was happily surprised how it makes such a yummy hot choc kind of drink- that and the super ingredients blend i'm looking forward to seeing how I feel in a month or so after taking it for a bit longer.

Excellent!

I started taking this supplement on day 20 of my cycle - so ordinarily would start to feel a bit premenstrual at this point. Leading up to my period I've had a lot more energy, not feeling anywhere near as tired, my libido has increased (that's nice!), I'm not feeling anxious at all and I'm not feeling a bit down or irritable like I normally do. I've got some cramps so I knowing due very soon, but all the other symptoms I wanted to alleviate are gone! I feel happier as a result. I've only been taking it for 8 days!

Disbelief

I can’t quite believe how well this works for my PMDD. I am typically emotional and in physical pain with little motivation to do anything. This has removed the need for painkillers (only tested on one menstrual cycle) and has made my mood much more balanced. I feel like I’m able to get on with life rather than spending it in bed. If this continues working as it has been, this is entirely life changing for me. I come from a nutrition science background and was incredibly sceptical when a friend so kindly gifted this to me. However, the other reviews are spot on. I’ll be buying it regularly from now on.

Magic

This is literally magic in a packet . If you have period pains , endometriosis , cysts , bowel pain . THIS is something that comes highly recommended , not just from me but many women . Drs and specialists say , take the pill " what else do you want me to do " take pain killers .. these are the replies we have personally had , they dont have the answers because they arent looking to nature and nature always has the answer . We are natural beings so why do we rely on pharmaceutical answers to cure us . Who wants to take the pill forever when you are only 26 , who wants to take pain killers and not be able to leave your bed because of pain again at only 26 , this took away the pain no need for pain killers , this took away the endless days in bed .. Is this a cure NO ... is this a solution for an actual difference to what can be a miserable life YES YES AND MORE YES . take it from someone who has seen the difference in real time and months and months later we are still ordering this regularly .. Has helped with migraines

I have only been using the product for a few weeks so I've not noticed a significant change in my menstrual cycle yet - in the few days before my period I had painful cramps and breast tenderness, however I have endometriosis so I think it will take a few more weeks to see a noticeable improvement. I have noted that it has massively reduced my migraines which is a massive plus! I also find ashwagandha has always helped me with anxiety, sleep and it really clears my skin. It's great to be able to buy from a small, organic, woman-run and owned business who are only ever a message way if customer support is needed.

Lovely product though keen to know percentage of each of the ingredients as I think I have developed a sensitivity to cacao as am in peri menopause and get headaches sometimes : wondering if renewal blend is increasing this tendency from the cacao as a so by itself has done this in the past . Taste is good as can be disguised a bit with milk . Be good to have a level indicator on the scooper to show 10g, 20g, 30g recommended dosages . Product information suggests waiting a number of eeeks for results so this review can’t really be that accurate as only started taking it last week. Noticeable energy increase without any anxiety side effects . Thank you
