- Order Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds on working days.
- Delivery Method: Orders are shipped via the method selected at checkout.
Tracking & Receiving Your Order
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for tracking your delivery. If you miss a delivery and it is sent to a local post office depot, you will need to arrange collection or redelivery.
- Re-shipping Fees: If we need to re-ship the order, additional shipping costs will apply.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued once the order arrives back at our office if needed.
UK Delivery Times
- Royal Mail 1st Class: Arrives within 1–3 days of dispatch (non-trackable, proof of delivery available).

Royal Mail Express: Arrives within 24 hours of dispatch (fully trackable).
- Orders placed after 12 pm will be dispatched the next working day.
- Time-Sensitive Orders: If you need your order urgently, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate.
International Delivery
- Customs Charges: For orders outside the UK, customs or duty charges may apply. We are not responsible for these charges or for refunds if they are unpaid.
- Extended Shipping Times: International shipping typically takes longer than domestic shipping.
Important Notices
- Peak Season (Nov-Dec): Delivery times may be extended.
- Pandemic/Weather/Strikes: We cannot guarantee delivery times during these situations.

- Orders may arrive in separate parcels.
- Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
- Deliveries to remote areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands) may take longer.
- Ensure you provide the correct name, address, and postcode. Incorrect details may incur additional postage fees if the parcel is returned or not refunded if lost.
Returns & Refunds
We take pride in the quality of our products, but if something arrives unsatisfactory, unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.Note: We do not accept returns unless the product is faulty.
Due to our strict traceability procedures, food products cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned once dispatched unless damaged.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- Lost Parcels: Report lost items within 10 days of dispatch by emailing info@marvelloussuperfood.co.uk.
- Damaged Items: Contact us at the above email with proof of damage for a refund or replacement.
