Shhhh! It's healthy..😉
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups of milk of choice
- Pinch of good salt
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 3tbs cornstarch
- 1/2 cup date syrup or maple syrup
- 3oz dark chocolate (optional ) I like to use sugar free variety.
- 1tsp vanilla extract
Method
In a bowl mix :
1/2 cup milk
Cacao powder
Corn starch
Syrup
Salt
Vanilla
In a pan heat 2 cups of milk and the chocolate until melted and combined . Add the cornstarch mixture heat whilst stirring until it comes to a boil .
Pour the pudding mixture into cups and set in the fridge. Top with oat crème or cream of choice and maybe a sprinkle of chocolate granola or fresh berries .
