6 large tomatoes
1 onion
1 glove of garlic
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp coconut sugar
Handful of coriander
1 tbsp good salt
1 chili (optional)
EQUIPMET
1 clip top kilner style jar
Chopping board
Knife
Bowl
METHOD
Finely chop all ingredients
Combines in your bowl with the salt, vinegar and sugar.
Fill jar leaving a 2 cm space at the top
Leave on your counter top for 2-5 days.
Refrigerate and enjoy.
