Ingredients
Rooibos, ginger, cinnamon, fennel seeds, rose petals, cardamon, cloves, liquorice root, turmeric, apple pieces, lemon peel, raspberry leaf
When making the tea, use a heaped teaspoon per cup and infuse for 5-10 minutes at 100°C.
