Candied nuts

⭐️Try these delicious plant based candied nuts 

They are bursting with gut healthy ingredients

Perfect for topping your smoothie bowls or just as a delicious snack⭐️

⭐️ Coconut oil ~ packed with antibacterial, antimicrobial and anti-fungal Lauric acid. Boosting immunity and gut health.

⭐️ Raw Cacao ~ high in magnesium and full of antioxidants, calcium, zinc and selenium. Also providing you with another gut loving prebiotic

⭐️ Coconut sugar ~ with a low glycemic index and dietary fibre called inulin it’s good for your gut and make sugar spikes less likely.

⭐️ Almonds ~ a prebiotic promoting healthy gut bacteria whilst also keeping your gastrointestinal tract moving and preventing constipation.

Recipe

400g mixed chopped nuts

1/2 cup coconut oil

4 tbl raw cacao

4 tbl coconut sugar

1 tbl cinnamon

1 tbl maple syrup 

Method

Pre heat oven to 170

Melt the coconut oil over a low heat

Ad the cacao, cinnamon sugar and maple syrup 

And stir together

Ad the nuts and simmer gently

Transfer to the over the oven for 20 mins

Cool and put in a air time jar
