Recipe
400g mixed chopped nuts
1/2 cup coconut oil
4 tbl raw cacao
4 tbl coconut sugar
1 tbl cinnamon
1 tbl maple syrup
Method
Pre heat oven to 170
Melt the coconut oil over a low heat
Ad the cacao, cinnamon sugar and maple syrup
And stir together
Ad the nuts and simmer gently
Transfer to the over the oven for 20 mins
Cool and put in a air time jar
