Prebiotic spiced pumpkin & chocolate smoothie

Ingredients

200ml milk of your choice
2 tbsp pumpkin puree 
1/2 tsp mixed spice
2 tbsp protein powder of choice, why not try our Brown rice protein
2 tsp drinking cacao
1 banana
Maple syrup to taste
Handful of ice

 

How to make

Add all ingredients to your blender.
Blend until smooth.
