If your finding that you're rushing in the morning, the kids / dog / cat (delete as appropriate 😂) are getting everything they need but you're forgetting to fuel your self properly, then I highly recommend this breakfast smoothie.


It has hormone balancing superfoods and plant protein to help energise and stop you craving unhealthy snacks.

Here’s what’s in it.

Plant milk of your choice
1 banana
1 tbsp Maca
1 tbsp Medicinal mushroom powder
2 tbsp Super protein
1 tbsp cacao
